Gazprom AIT Facility LLC is a commercial enterprise engaged in the design, assembly and testing of space equipment. The company was established in August 2015 to implement a project of construction of a spacecraft assembly production facility (AIT Facility) to create and develop satellite constellations for the benefit of PJSC Gazprom and other potential customers.

The production capacities of the Spacecraft AIT Facility are designed for assembly and testing of large and medium-sized spacecraft. Also, due to versatility of the technological equipment and modern testing methods, the Spacecraft AIT Facility can be used for serial production of small spacecraft for multi-satellite systems.
- communications spacecraft (small, medium and large-sized),
- optical and radar spacecraft for Earth remote sensing (small, medium and large-sized).
The Spacecraft AIT Facility also provides separate assembly, integration and testing services (AIT-services) of space equipment for third parties.
The technological complex is designed for concurrent implementation of the full cycle of assembly, integration and testing of at least four medium and large satellites.

Andrei Iakovlev, Director General at Gazprom AIT Facility, LLC, participated in the First National Forum “Staff for Space”. The event, held at Conference hall of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, gave a start to a large-scale federal project on training experts for the rocket and space industry.
