Andrei Iakovlev participated in First National Forum "Staff for Space"

Andrei Iakovlev, Director General at Gazprom AIT Facility, LLC, participated in the First National Forum “Staff for Space”. The event, held at Conference hall of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, gave a start to a large-scale federal project on training experts for the rocket and space industry.
The Forum highlighted the beginning of the strategic initiative implementation set by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science in frame of a national project to ensure technological leadership. A key objective of the Forum is to create a comprehensive system to train highly qualified personnel capable of solving tasks of national importance – from fundamental research to the creation of advanced space systems and facilities.

We are interested in attracting talented and single-minded youth, therefore we arrange students from specialized universities for the creation of space equipment,” commented Andrei Iakovlev.
